Pre-order
For orders that include pre-order items, please note that the whole order will only be shipped when it is complete. Do check with us on the lead time for items that are on pre-order prior to placing your order. Most pre-order items will take about 4 - 6 weeks (or longer, because of COVID-19), but they'll definitely be worth the wait!

 

Will the products come in boxes?
We’re going to try to be as eco-friendly as possible by reducing the amount of waste and unnecessary packaging that we’re bringing into this world.
So! We endeavor to upcycle all the clothing (packaging) that our goods were shipped to us in! Certain products may not come in their own boxes, but that means it’s on us to wrap and protect them as well as we can before bagging it up for you in our own special way.
-1 cost to you, +1 for the planet.


Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?
Once your order has been confirmed, no exchange of products or cancellation of orders are allowed unfortunately. All sales are final, and we are currently unable to provide any refunds.


Something’s broken!
Oh dear. That’s rather unfortunate and rare, but it does happen.
Here’s what we need you to do:
Damaged orders must be documented with photographs sent to contact@theindooroutdoor.com within 3 days of receipt of delivery.
Do not throw away the box or damaged goods.
We will do our best to follow up with you to make things right!


Something’s missing!
Right! Missing or lost orders must be notified to contact@theindooroutdoor.com within 3 days of expected delivery date. We’ll get our in-house Sherlock Holmes on the case of the missing package.


Your packaging is ugly!
You won’t believe how long it took us to train a cat with no opposable thumbs to get to this level of wrapping. It ain’t at Japanese department store level, but it gets the job done!
